What happens after you pay

Updated: 29 October 202627 views

Once the payment is confirmed, the order is accepted and the service is created automatically. Nobody has to approve it and you do not need to tell us the payment went through.

What happens, in order

  1. The payment is confirmed by the card provider and the invoice is marked paid.
  2. The order is accepted. Its status in Orders changes from pending to active.
  3. The service is provisioned on the platform it belongs to: a cPanel account for hosting, a virtual machine for a VPS, a container on the game panel for bot hosting.
  4. The service appears under Services and its status becomes Active. Your login details are on its page from that moment, and a welcome e-mail is sent to the address on your account.

For most orders this is a matter of minutes rather than hours. A dedicated server is the exception: physical hardware has to be prepared, so it is handed over once it is ready.

Statuses you may see

  • Pending: the service has been created in the panel but the platform has not finished building it yet.
  • Active: it is running and you can log in.
  • Suspended: something is unpaid, or the service has been suspended for another reason, which is shown on the page.

If the order is held

Orders are screened for fraud before they are accepted. A screening result never refuses anyone by itself, but it can hold an order so that a person reads it: most often when the billing details and the card do not look like they belong to the same person, or when several accounts are created from one place in quick succession. If that happens, the order sits as pending and we come back to you, usually asking you to confirm something rather than to send documents.

If nothing has appeared

Check the invoice first. If it is still marked unpaid, the payment did not complete and nothing has been ordered yet; pay it again from Invoices. If the invoice is paid but the service is still pending well beyond a few minutes, open a ticket and quote the order number. Do not place the order a second time. That creates a second service and a second invoice.
