No. The renewal price is printed next to the first-term price on the plan, before you order, and it is the price you will be charged. We do not run an introductory rate that doubles at the second invoice, so there is no number waiting for you later that you have not already seen.

No. Payments are not refundable, and we would rather say so here than let you find out afterwards. The exception is where we cannot provide the service you paid for: raise that on a ticket and tell us what went wrong. You can cancel at any time from the client area and keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for.

A service suspended for non-payment is restored automatically when the payment arrives, and you do not need to ask. Nothing is deleted for a late invoice, so your files, databases and mailboxes are still there. Domains are the exception, because the registry sets that deadline rather than us.

By ticket, from your client area. A ticket opened from a service page arrives with that service attached, so the first reply is about the problem rather than a request for your order number. Every reply stays in the same thread, so nothing is lost in an inbox.

In Istanbul, on hardware we own and operate rather than capacity we resell. Hosting, the virtual servers and the bot plans all run there. We would rather name one city and be accurate about it than list several and set them up by hand.

The contract is with Tarisu Limited, a company registered in England and Wales; the company number and registered office are on the company information page. Your data sits in Istanbul, which is where every service we sell today runs. What we collect about you, as opposed to what you store on the service, is in the privacy policy.

No. We sell to individuals and companies anywhere, the site and the panel are in English, and everything is priced and billed in US dollars. A VAT number is optional and only affects how your invoice is issued.

Shared hosting gives you a cPanel account on a server we administer: you manage the website, we manage the machine. A VPS gives you the machine, with root access and an operating system of your choice, and the administration comes with it. The question to ask is not which is faster but which job you want.
