Tarisu Limited is a hosting company registered in England and Wales. We sell shared hosting, virtual and dedicated servers, bot hosting and domain names, and we bill all of it on one account in US dollars.
The short version of what makes us different is on every product page: the renewal price is printed beside the first-term price before you order. Everything below is the longer version.
What we do
- Shared hosting on cPanel, running LiteSpeed with LSAPI and CloudLinux account isolation on NVMe storage, so one busy neighbour cannot spend your processor time.
- Virtual servers with root access on KVM, on hardware of our own in Istanbul, built within minutes of payment.
- Dedicated servers are between suppliers at the moment, so there is no range to order from today. Write to us if you need one and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
- Bot hosting for Discord, Telegram, Matrix and Slack, in containers you manage from a web panel, with a weekly backup included on every plan.
- Domain names across close to 700 extensions, with registration, renewal and transfer priced side by side. Hosting accounts carry a free SSL certificate, issued and renewed through cPanel; we do not sell SSL certificates separately.
Where the machines are
The KVM hardware serving Istanbul is ours. A virtual server there is built automatically the moment your payment clears, because the capacity is already racked rather than ordered when you ask for it.
Everything we sell today runs in Istanbul, on hardware we own and operate rather than capacity we resell. That is a deliberate narrowing: we would rather name one city and be accurate about it than list seven and set them up by hand. Every plan names the city it runs in, because latency is a property of distance and you should be choosing the location rather than discovering it.
How we price
Registration, renewal and transfer are priced separately and all three are published. There is no introductory rate that doubles at the second invoice, and no discount that lapses without warning. On the domain price list the renewal column sits next to the registration column for every extension we sell, which is the plainest thing we do and the thing most worth knowing about us.
Prices are in US dollars. A single account carries your hosting, your servers and your domains, so there is one invoice list and one set of renewal dates to watch rather than three logins to remember.
How support works
Support is by ticket from the client area. A ticket opened from a service page arrives with that service attached, so the first reply is about the problem rather than a request for your order number. We publish no response-time promise, because a number nobody is contractually held to is worth nothing; what we do instead is keep the queue short enough that it does not need one.
The company behind the invoice
Everything on this site is sold and invoiced by Tarisu Limited, registered in England and Wales. The registration number, the contact addresses and the right place to send an abuse report or a formal notice are all on the company information page, and the agreement itself is in our terms of service.
