Pick the package that fits, place the order, and an invoice is created for it.
Pay with one of the methods offered at checkout. Your order is accepted once the payment is recorded.
Setup is queued, the service goes active, and the access details are sent to the e-mail address on your account.
Space on a machine we look after. The server, the software on it and the updates to both are our job, which is the whole point of buying hosting rather than a server: none of it lands on your desk, and none of it wakes you up.
Your account has its own ceiling for processor, memory and disk, so the site next door having a good day is not your problem. This is where cheap hosting usually falls over, and it is the one piece of the arrangement worth understanding.
The limit of it is that you are a tenant, not the landlord. You cannot install something that runs as part of the machine itself; if your project needs that, it needs a server of its own, and we sell those too.
Once the payment goes through, nobody has to do anything: the account is built and the login details reach you in minutes. Moving a site that already lives elsewhere starts with a support ticket instead, files and databases first and DNS last.
Prices are in US dollars, paid by card through Stripe or from account credit, and the renewal price sits beside the first-term price on the plan card at the same size. Plan changes and cancellation are both requests in the client panel.
Who you are, what you do, how to reach you, and addresses at your own domain. A site that changes a few times a year needs exactly this and nothing more.
The commonest thing anybody puts here. It installs in a couple of minutes and the plan has the room and the speed for a site with a few hundred pages on it.
Something in PHP, Node.js or Python that idles most of the day does not need a server of its own, with the patching and the bills that come with one.
Drag the blocks around until it looks right. Starting a site should not begin with choosing an operating system.
The account is built within minutes of the payment going through, and the login details are waiting in your e-mail. Nothing to install, nothing to choose, no call with anybody.
Addresses at your own name rather than a free provider, with as many mailboxes, forwarders and aliases as the site needs. Read them in a browser or set them up on a phone the usual way.
Every account on the machine has its own ceiling for processor, memory and disk, so a site having a busy day spends its own allowance and not yours. That is the thing that goes wrong on cheap shared hosting, and it is the thing we pay CloudLinux to prevent.
We patch the server, Imunify360 scans the account for anything nasty, and backups are taken for you. If you need one back, ask in a ticket and our team restores it.
Sitejet is included on all three plans: drag blocks around in a browser and the first version of the site exists by the end of the afternoon, with no designer and no second subscription.
WordPress, Laravel and anything else written in PHP run here, and so does a small Node.js or Python application beside the site. The pages are served by LiteSpeed, which is the reason they come back quickly on a plan this size.

Still unansweredcPanel is the control panel you log into to run the account: files, databases, mailboxes, DNS records, SSL and the PHP version are all set from it rather than from a command line. You need it if you want a website without administering a server. If you would rather have the server, that is a VPS.
Almost every site fits the 1 GB plan: a few hundred pages of text and pictures do not fill it. Take the next one up when you are running a shop with photographs of everything you sell, or keeping years of mail in the account. Changing plan later is a ticket and a price difference, and we move the account for you, so there is nothing to get right today.
