Every service carries its own login details, and they are all in the same place: the client area, under Services. You do not need to keep the welcome e-mail.
Opening a service
Sign in, open Services, and click the service you want. Near the top of the page there is a login details card. What it contains depends on what kind of service it is.
Shared hosting
- Username: the cPanel username, which is also the FTP and SSH username where those are available.
- Password: hidden until you press the reveal button. It is fetched only when you ask for it, so it is never sitting in the page.
- Server: the hostname of the machine the account is on, and the nameservers to use if you want us to run the domain's DNS.
- Log in to the panel: opens cPanel already signed in, so you do not have to type the password at all.
VPS and dedicated servers
- IP address: the address of your machine. For a VPS this is its own address, not the hostname of the host it runs on.
- Username and password: the administrative account the machine was built with, usually
rooton Linux. - VPS panel: power controls, live statistics, the console and backups, further down the same page.
Discord bot hosting
Bot containers are managed on the game panel. The service page has an Open Game Panel button that signs you in, and the container's address and allocated port are listed with the rest of the details.
If the details are not there
- The reveal button only appears when a password is actually stored for the service. Some services are handed over with a key or an invitation instead.
- The panel login button only appears while the service is Active.
- If you are signed in as a sub-user on someone else's account, you see what the account owner has given you permission to see.
If something is missing that you expect to be there, open a ticket from the service page: the ticket arrives with the service attached, so there is no order number to look up.
